Ran 45 minutes at lunch today. HR in the 130-140 range. Not sure if it was because I was rested or the cool weather. In any case, it was a good run marred only by a rain squall or two that passed over the Baylands forcing me back to my car to retrieve my cap.
The plan for Sunday is to run another of those pesky AT 5K runs. This one is up in Golden Gate Park (again) but the course is more forgiving than last time. I will take Saturday off so I am relatively spry come Sunday morning.
