Old Forbes Mill

I drove over to old Forbes Mill. Jake couldn't make it. Some sort of flu bug. I had a nice run anyway covering 70 minutes on the trails. It was cool and the ground was wet with runoff from recent rains but it all worked out anyway. I kept my HRM in the low 140's most of the way.
