The usual 60 minutes at WVC with Danny in the morning. Tom walked. He seems to have been sent to the gulag of walking. I know. I have been there.
In the afternoon I drove over to Shawsu and did 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Sandwiched in there was a walk with Lucy.
