Ran my usual 70 minutes. Danny and Tom hauled along with me on the last sixty. It was cool at WVC but the wind was goners. I kept the Tom-O-Meter handy (aka HRM) and stayed in the 65-70% range. This resulted in our covering .3 of a mile mile more than on Tuesday in an hour. The pace was still glacial. Low 10's instead of high tens.
Early in our run there was Chantelle running intervals on the track. She waved. I finally got the spelling of her name right.
