Tuesday:
48 minutes running, 20 minutes walking.
Thursday:
Ran at WVC this morning with Danny for an hour with five minutes on and one minute walk. Walked to cool down afterward. 70 minutes today. 50 minutes running and 20 walking.
Walked another hour with Bob Anderson. We walked over to Tom's for lunch and then walked back to Bob's house.
Joined a gym. I am going to supplement my running with elliptical work out 2-3 x a week.
