My legs felt decent so I went out and ran a morning 5 miler in 39:56 keeping the HRM at 70% most of the way. So that is a good starting point. Yes, it is test. So what? When this comes down, then i know that i will be recovering and getting fit.
In the afternoon I ran another 5 miles but felt leg weary (or was it body weary?).
I just got through it.
Ate two dinners afterwards. Very hobbit-like.
