Back to Forbes Mill this morning and the slowest runner on the track experience. I jogged over to the Los Gatos Track and then proceeded to run as slowly as I could for twenty minutes straight. I took a short break and then finished the last 20 minutes with 4 on and 1 off segments until I was at 40 minutes total. My competition was a very slender woman with long blond hair who zipped around the track passing me multiple times. If she had even noticed, she was slaughtering me every several laps. That was how slow I was forcing myself to run.
Went for breakfast with Jake afterward.
