I picked up the pace of my recovery, running and walking 40 minutes this morning. For the first 30 minutes I did 4 minutes of jogging with one minute of walking. After 30 minutes I shifted to one minute "on" (run) one minute "off" (walk). My legs seemed fine.
Cool and crisp weather.
I emailed Dimitri on my recovery plans and he has agreed to help me do some time trials. I have no idea where I am on all of this having not run anything significant for quite some time.
