I jogged an easy 70 minutes today. My right foot seemed okay. I used
tape, Advil, ice and Capsaicin. The unholy alliance of old runners magic
that kept my foot together for another day. Both my
running buddies, Danny ( lower back ) and Tom ( ball of his right foot )
ran injured. Tom walked when it got too tough but then would have no
problem catching up with us. It occurred to me that our pace was so
pedestrian ( sorry for the use of a big word ) that Tom could have
walked most of the workout today and with only 3-4 brief 30-60 second
runs caught right back up with us.
