I ran for 50 minutes this morning but then my right foot started to
cramp up and I had to limp the final ten minutes back to my car. I
realized later that my new running shoes were laced way too tightly. The
pain went away as soon as I put on my older shoes. I did a few strides
and the pain was gone. I just needed to re-lace the new shoes.
Hopefully the problem is solved.
