Ran ten minutes around the neighborhood and then drove to WVC and ran another 60 minutes with Danny. To make it way easy we walked 1 minute in 10 and kept the pace really slow. Could not believe the weather. Sunny but cool (high 50's).
Good recovery from Sunday. Legs felt better than usual because of the extra day off. I asked him if we could shift to Tuesday-Thursday when possible. It helps to have that extra day off after Sunday.
