I woke up this morning with stomach problems and wondered if I should run. I decided to go anyway figuring that there were bathrooms on campus and I could always tour the "johns" if need be. Pit stops are often part of running like it or not.
I ran 9 miles as planned and found that I got stronger as the run went on. This is a good sign. 5 miles on Sunday and I am at 40 again. Then a dump week.
