The new way
Run-walking most days. 60-90 minutes. I plan to join a small local gym and add in elliptical workouts starting in February. My best guess is that I'll be running 3-4 days a week and doing at least 2 elliptical sessions weekly. Not pounding, recovery and specificity will be the goal. Recovery days will be walking.
I won't be keeping a regular log until I am up and running.
