Forbes Mill. Sunny & cool. Maybe 40 degrees at the start. I did three loops with each one faster than the prior. 27:15-25:45-23:55. Legs felt very good but I took a header on the backside of the second loop.

Ripped up my old gloves and scraped up my right knee.
There will be blood.But the adrenaline was flowing and I ran well. With my 5 minute shakedown run at the house I did around 82 minutes.
