Track Reps

I went back to the track on Sunday morning. Second time time this week. I ran 40 minutes total. Sandwiched in there was some reps

1 x 200 in 37
1 x 300 in 59
1 x 300 in 37

Better than last weekend. I did add in a fifth day to burn calories since dieting bonks me.

On Monday I drove up to Menlo Park for my every two week massage.
