Thursday:
Another 70 minutes doing the usual. Tom and Danny was both there. Cool clear skies and cold temps. Kept the pace restrained and felt good afterward.
Friday:
The weather changed overnight with overcast and light rain coming on in. I ran a very easy 40 minutes in the morning. Very quiet streets due to Veterans Day.
