I ran an easy 4 miles this morning. It was calm and relatively cool. One of the best weather running days in several weeks. My legs felt the way I would want them to feel the day before a hard tempo effort which will be Saturday morning.
Of course it is supposed rain tomorrow but what else is new.
Today: Cloudy with occasional showers. High 66F. Winds WNW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 40%.
Tomorrow: Cloudy with occasional showers. High 61F. Winds SW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 40%.
