32 minutes

I met Dimitri at Foothill College for an easy jog. At 10 AM in the morning it was clear and warming. I ended up walking and jogging 45 minutes with 32 minutes of the workout, dedicated to running. I used the same athletic tape that failed toadhere to my hamstring a month back, but this time on my calf. Strangely it stayed in place.

The calf held up. I did notice a bit of tightness towards the end of the run, but no pain. I can't imagine how Jake ran right though this injury but he did. Higher pain threshold, I guess.

We went for coffee afterward. The usual place off of Foothill Expressway.

Massage planned for Monday.
